The Magnum pairs a long heat tunnel (120 to 250 inches) with a 250,000-pound forming station and up to 8.5 inches of platen travel. Sheet widths follow the Model 50, 44 and 36 frames, so existing tooling families carry over.
Temperature control is a B&R X20 PID system holding plus or minus 2 degrees F at 600 degrees F. Cal Rod heaters are standard, quartz optional.
